Interior and exterior still, video, and drone photography of the subject property or site, as well as landscaping, outbuildings, and nearby assets such as beaches and parks.
I take pride in considering every project unique; working with clients, as well as shooting and editing my own work. I’ve trained specifically for this genre, and I use equipment specially designed for real estate and architectural photography.
Pricing
Prior to engagement, I provide hard cost projections after discussions with my clients.
A specified number of photographs, the type of photograph and simple editing of each photograph is included in the cost of the project.
Extra services may include shooting at varying times of day and night, specialized editing, drone videos and/or stills, photos and/or stills of nearby facilities, as well as tolls and mileage.
